While I am not currently in network with any insurance plans, I can provide you with a superbill that may be submitted to your insurance. If your plan covers nutrition counseling, some or all of the costs of your counseling sessions may be reimbursable to you. See our forms for additional resources on how to find out what your plan covers.
-
While a provider referral is not required for self-pay clients, a physician referral with diagnosis codes for any health conditions you are living with will allow us to provide the most comprehensive superbill that may allow for the best possible reimbursement payable to you by your insurance plan.
See our forms page for a referral form to bring to your primary provider if you feel there is a qualifying condition for treatment.
-
While I aim to be accessible through offering night and weekend appointments that suit many schedules, texts and emails may not protect your personal health information fully,.
The nutrition counseling process is a collaborative one, therefore it is always ideal to address concerns you have during sessions, and in the event of medical emergency, please call 9-1-1 or reach out to your primary healthcare provider.

No worries! Things happen. There is a 48-hour cancellation policy, and sessions canceled in under 48 hours will be billed at 50%. No-shows with no contact will not be refunded.
Of course, we do understand that true emergencies may come up, and if you feel there is any error in your billing, please reach out to us to review solutions.
